Entertainers Tickets Purchase Policy

By purchasing tickets through Entertainers Tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Non-Refundable Tickets
    Tickets are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled.

  2. Show Cancellations
    If a show is cancelled, you will be informed by email as soon as possible. A refund will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notification.

  3. Rescheduled Shows
    If a show is rescheduled, you will be informed by email, and tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend, please follow the instructions in the notification email within the specified time frame to request a refund.

  4. Non-Refundable Fees
    In all cases, booking fees, venue levies, service fees, and ticket protection fees are non-refundable.

  5. Ticket Use & Resale
    Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold without authorization from Entertainers Tickets. Reselling tickets without authorization may result in cancellation without prior notice, refund, or compensation.

  6. Additional Fees
    In addition to the ticket price, your order may include booking fees, transaction fees, and/or supplementary fees which vary based on the event.

  7. Ticket Limits
    If you purchase more tickets than the maximum allowed per person, card, or household, Entertainers Tickets reserves the right to cancel all or part of your order. In this case, you will be refunded the ticket price and any associated fees.

  8. Contact Information
    You are responsible for informing Entertainers Tickets of any changes to your address, phone number, or email, both before and after receiving your tickets. Our contact details are available on our website.

  9. Email Deliverability
    While we aim to ensure that booking confirmations, tickets, and notifications are received, Entertainers Tickets cannot be held responsible for emails that are filtered to junk/spam folders.

  10. Order Confirmation
    An order is not complete until accepted by Entertainers Tickets. In the event of a pricing error, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

  11. Seat Allocation
    While we assign specific seats to you, we reserve the right to change seats to others of equal value if necessary.

  12. Filming and Recording
    Some events may be filmed or recorded. By attending, you consent to being filmed or recorded as part of the audience.

  13. Ticket Dispatch
    Tickets may be sent electronically, by post, or made available for collection at the venue box office.

  14. Box Office Collection
    When collecting tickets at the box office, the cardholder must present the payment card used during booking. Other identification or authorizations may not be accepted, and tickets may be withheld.

  15. No Exchanges or Transfers
    Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded after purchase unless otherwise specified in these terms or if Secure My Booking protection was purchased.

  16. Lost or Stolen Tickets
    We do not issue duplicate tickets for those lost or stolen after delivery, nor will such tickets be refunded.

  17. Event Changes
    Entertainers Tickets is not responsible for informing you of changes or cancellations. Please check the event details before attending. We are also not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other related costs incurred due to changes or cancellations.

  18. Refund Policy for Rescheduled Events
    If an event is rescheduled, we typically offer the option to retain or exchange your tickets. For cancelled events, you will usually be entitled to a refund, but booking and transaction fees are non-refundable. Refunds must be claimed at least 5 days before the rescheduled event.

  19. Admission
    Admission is subject to the promoter's or venue operator’s terms and conditions. If you violate any of these rules, you may be refused entry or ejected from the venue without entitlement to a refund.
