Entertainers Tickets – Purchase Policy
By purchasing tickets through Entertainers Tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
Tickets purchased through Entertainers Tickets are sold by Entertainers Co Ltd (Company Number 04209373), whose registered office is 1st Floor, 135 Notting Hill Gate, London, W11 3LB.
Entertainers Co Ltd trades as Entertainers Tickets and sells tickets on behalf of event promoters, venues and other companies within its own group of businesses.
Tickets are sold subject to these terms and conditions, together with any additional terms and conditions of the relevant promoter, venue, event organiser or rights holder.
All tickets remain the property of the promoter or venue at all times.
2. Tickets Are a Revocable Licence
Each ticket purchased through Entertainers Tickets is a revocable licence to attend a particular event and may be withdrawn, refused or cancelled at any time if these terms and conditions, venue rules, promoter terms or applicable laws are breached.
Any breach of these terms may result in refused entry, removal from the venue, ticket cancellation or account suspension without refund or compensation.
3. Pricing & Fees
The total price payable, including any mandatory fees and charges, will be displayed before checkout.
Orders may include:
• Booking fees
• Venue levies
• Transaction or fulfilment fees
• Delivery charges
• Optional ticket protection products
All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
4. Order Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
If there is an error relating to pricing, availability, event information or technical issues, Entertainers Tickets reserves the right to cancel or amend the order and refund any monies paid.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where:
• The event is cancelled
• The event is rescheduled and refunds are offered by the promoter
• Required under applicable consumer law
Refund requests for rescheduled events must be submitted within the timeframe stated in the notification email. Failure to request a refund within this period may result in tickets remaining valid for the rescheduled date.
Booking fees, venue levies, transaction fees, fulfilment fees and ticket protection products are non-refundable unless required by law.
Tickets are not refundable due to illness, personal circumstances, travel disruption, adverse weather or inability to attend unless ticket protection was purchased and the claim is accepted by the protection provider.
6. Cancelled, Postponed or Rescheduled Events
Events may be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or materially altered for reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather
• Venue issues
• Artist illness
• Industrial disputes
• Government restrictions
• Public health concerns
• Force majeure events
• Technical or operational issues
Where we are informed of a cancellation, postponement, reschedule or material event change, we will use reasonable endeavours to contact customers using the details provided at the time of booking. Customers remain responsible for checking event details before travel.
Event dates, times, venues, running times, seating layouts, cast members, support acts, artists, production content and advertised line-ups are subject to change.
Changes to support acts, performers, cast members or running order shall not constitute a cancelled or materially changed event.
Entertainers Tickets shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, hospitality or other related costs incurred by customers.
7. Ticket Protection
Where ticket protection has been purchased, claims must be made directly with the protection provider and are subject to that provider’s terms and conditions.
Entertainers Tickets is not responsible for claim decisions, administration or payouts relating to ticket protection products.
8. Fraud Prevention & Suspicious Activity
Entertainers Tickets reserves the right to refuse, cancel or restrict any order where we reasonably suspect:
• Fraudulent activity
• Payment issues
• Unauthorised resale
• Use of automated purchasing software or bots
• Breach of ticket limits
• False account information
• Commercial ticket reselling activity
• Chargeback abuse
• Breach of these terms and conditions
Orders may be cancelled without notice where necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
9. Ticket Limits
Ticket purchase limits may apply per person, household, payment card, email address or account.
Orders exceeding stated limits may be cancelled without notice, including any associated orders believed to form part of the same transaction group.
10. Ticket Resale & Transfers
Tickets are sold for personal use only and may not be resold, advertised for resale or transferred for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be invalid, duplicated, cancelled or refused entry.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, competitions, promotions, hospitality packages or commercial giveaways without prior written permission.
Unauthorised resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.
11. Admission & Venue Policies
Admission is subject to the rules and regulations of the venue, promoter and event organiser.
Late admission may not be permitted.
Customers may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund for reasons including:
• Disorderly behaviour
• Intoxication
• Anti-social conduct
• Failure to comply with venue rules
• Health and safety concerns
• Possession of prohibited items
• Harassment or abusive behaviour
12. Searches & Security
Customers and their belongings may be searched on entry to the venue.
Refusal to consent to security searches may result in refusal of entry without refund or compensation.
Venues may prohibit certain items including, but not limited to:
• Alcohol
• Illegal substances
• Recording equipment
• Cameras
• Laser devices
• Large bags
• Food and drink
• Weapons or dangerous items
13. Seating & Venue Changes
Seating layouts, venue configurations and seat allocations may change due to production, operational or safety requirements.
Where reasonably necessary, seats may be relocated to seats of equal or greater value.
Where replacement seats are of lower value, liability shall be limited to reimbursement of the difference in face value only.
14. Ticket Delivery
Tickets may be delivered electronically, via mobile ticketing, by post or through venue box office collection.
Delivery timings may vary by event, and some tickets may not be issued until closer to the event date.
Customers are responsible for checking tickets upon receipt and contacting customer services promptly if there are any issues.
15. Mobile Tickets & Customer Devices
Where mobile ticketing is used, customers are responsible for:
• Maintaining access to their mobile device
• Ensuring sufficient battery life
• Downloading tickets before arrival where required
• Internet connectivity where applicable
• Access to any required apps or accounts
Entertainers Tickets is not responsible for device failure, software incompatibility, connectivity issues or customer inability to access mobile tickets due to device-related issues.
16. Box Office Collection
Where tickets are collected at the venue, the lead booker may be required to present:
• Valid photographic identification
• The payment card used for purchase
• Booking confirmation details
Failure to provide required documentation may result in tickets being withheld.
17. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
Entertainers Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, deleted or inaccessible tickets after delivery.
Duplicate tickets may be issued at our discretion and may be subject to verification procedures.
18. Customer Information & Communications
Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information remains accurate and up to date.
Entertainers Tickets is not responsible where communications are not received due to incorrect details, spam filtering, junk mail settings or customer mailbox restrictions.
Customer information may be shared with promoters, venues, production companies, ticketing partners, customer service providers, fraud prevention providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities where necessary to:
• Fulfil the booking
• Administer the event
• Provide customer support
• Prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations
19. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Entertainers Tickets before initiating a payment chargeback where possible.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised in relation to a valid completed order, Entertainers Tickets reserves the right to:
• Cancel associated tickets
• Suspend accounts
• Refuse future bookings
• Recover associated costs and losses
20. Filming, Photography & Recording
Events may be professionally filmed, photographed or recorded.
By attending an event, customers consent to being included in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic content without compensation.
Unauthorised professional recording, filming or transmission of events may be prohibited.
21. Privacy & Public Events
Events are public environments and attendees have no expectation of privacy within public areas of the venue.
Security systems including CCTV, body-worn cameras and venue surveillance systems may operate at events.
22. Virtual & Online Events
For virtual or streamed events, Entertainers Tickets does not guarantee:
• Device compatibility
• Streaming quality
• Internet performance
• Continuous availability of online services
Customers are responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection are suitable for accessing online content.
23. Third-Party Services
Entertainers Tickets is not responsible for third-party websites, services, venues, promoters, payment providers, refund protection providers or external platforms linked to or associated with the booking process.
24. Compliance With Laws
Customers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, venue rules and event requirements.
Entertainers Tickets reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, fraud prevention organisations and regulatory authorities, including sharing relevant information where legally required.
25. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Entertainers Tickets shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of enjoyment
• Travel or accommodation expenses
• Personal property loss
• Business losses
• Technical failures outside our control
• Event changes outside our control
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
26. Changes to These Terms
Entertainers Tickets reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where reasonably necessary.
The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply to the booking.
27. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
